This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never received my product. When I enquired they sent it again but it took multiple emails. Then the second shipment was also never received. This was over a 5 month period over email. The second shipment never came. It was 2 months since the had sent it. They said they don’t resolve orders past 30 days. This is illegal. I wrote a strongly worded email and finally got a full refund. I will never be ordering anything from them again.

with all this chaos going on due to COVID and FIRE,
I didn't expect for them to be very helpful lol
USPS lost my packaged as my landlord had something "delivered"that same day as well but never actually received it.
I dreaded contacting customer service because I was not sure if they will hear my story due to the tracking code says it was delivered, but MISSHAUS.COM replaced everything in timely manner!
I am a very happy customer.
